I recently moved to the Shoalhaven and ran into a major issue: My PC wouldn't connect to any display which I suspected was damaged during the move. After several failed attempts with different monitors and even an unsuccessful visit to another technician, I was referred to Murray at VirtualCity. From the first phone call, Murray was friendly, confident, and professional. He even went above and beyond by meeting me early at the shop so I could drop it off before work. He quickly diagnosed a faulty GPU, and had the system back up and running perfectly in no time. I was so impressed that I returned shortly after for a storage upgrade. Murray provided several great options, and once the part arrived, he installed the 1TB SSD and updated all my software within just a few hours. Matt is an excellent IT professional. I doubt there is anything he can not fix. He has performed miracles with my IT issues and resolved every single one in a timely manner.
