Founded as Agar and Associates in 1991, the business quickly migrated to become VirtualCity. Proudly rooted in the Shoalhaven, VirtualCity Pty Ltd has been a trusted name in PC and Mac sales, service, and support for more than three decades. From the very beginning, the business was built as a family‑owned local shop, offering the essentials that helped the region get online and stay connected — computer repairs, internet plans, tutorials, website hosting and design, and reliable hardware sales.

In 2023, the original owners passed the torch to a active staff member who had grown with the business and shared its values. The transition kept VirtualCity in the hands of people who truly understood its history, its customers, and its role in the community. Today, the business continues as a family‑run operation, strengthened by fresh energy while honouring the legacy that came before.
