Yet again, the friendly and knowledgeable Staff at Virtual City Nowra exceeded my expectations.
Today, I required assistance to set up Office 365 on my Lappie. Josh listened to my woes and within 90 seconds he had my emails working like new.
Another very satisfied customer, you guys are Tops.

Super helpful place. I really appreciate having a store like this in Nowra. Prices are slightly above what you could expect in Wollongong but definitely worth it.

I have my old photos and files back thanks to the great work from the team. They made it easy for me to understand what was involved and how to work with the new files. The costs were given up front and their record system gave me confience that my equpement would be looked after. It was a very positive exercise.

I have had a lot of interaction with the guys at Virtual City & they are all incredibly knowledgeable & have always tracked down my "User Errors" & put their best into every task & question. Just this week they setup my new Laptop & new Phone & helped with numerous questions especially about the phone, as it is quite different to my previous one. I have dealt with them all; Michael, Chris, Aaron & Brad. They are always friendly & happy to help. I'm very pleased with every aspect of their work & glad to provide a strong positive review.

Brilliant service & a great bunch of genuine guys that appear to have a passion for their work. Lost 7 years worth of photos/videos including engagement pics on a faulty hard drive, which naturally, I did not back up. The guys spent a week & managed to salvage EVERYTHING, including my relationship, at a more than reasonable price!
By far, the best computer specialists in the region. Thanks again guys

Over the last month I've had to get 2 computers upgraded and the service was second to none. The first computer crashed and had to have windows 10 reinstalled and this was done correctly. The last computer to be fixed was only because another computer repairer reinstalled windows 10 they installed a 32 bit when it should have been 64 bit. I only truly discovered this when I tried to download a program that required 64 bit. And the other repairer is now out of business I now know why. The service I received from Michael was excellent and I would recommend Virtual City to everybody in the future.
