Our experienced technicians can aid in setting up your network from the initial design right through to the final implementation.

We also provide network administration to existing networks such as server maintenance, network health and status reports, security, patches and updates, backup systems and user configuration.

Our services can be on a one-time basis, ongoing support and consultation or VirtualCity can even act as your Virtual IT Department.

Insurance Report (Includes a written diagnostic report that can be used in conjunction with an insurance claim.).	$88.00
Data Backup Fee (FLAT FEE) (Includes data backup of machine before repairs are carried out and restoration of data once repair is complete. Does not include Data Recovery from damaged drives)	$100
Remote Support (Includes remote support and configuration assistance for general issues. NOT available to dial-up internet users).	$55.00 / 30min ($55.00 Minimum)


ON-SITE RATES
