VirtualCity Pty/Ltd, established as Agar and Associates in 1991, has fast become the premier IT service provider in the Shoalhaven Area, our employees cover most facets of the IT industry including qualified Web Designers, Network Consultants and Microsoft Engineers.
Built from the ground up with a focus on Customer Service, Neil Agar’s (Managing Director) mission statement was as simple on day one as it is now;

This strategy has enabled us to pursue both the end user and corporate market with a great level of success.
• 1991-1998, Neil Agar developed a reputation in the IT Industry as a “Business Professional” with a drive at success and an inspiring vision as to what the future would hold for Agar & Associates and later VirtualCity Pty/Ltd
• 1999-2000 was a rapid growth period for VirtualCity with employee numbers grew from the original partnership to a total of 5 in this time.
• 2001 VirtualCity made roads into retail computer supply in the Shoalhaven Area, undertaking a retail premises in the CBD of Nowra, this quickly grew from home computer systems to a decent presence in the local business market.
• 2002-2003 has seen VirtualCity’s retail presence in the Nowra CBD blossom; this has increased the end user customer base by massive proportions. Our presence in the local business community also increased in this time with the supply of systems to medium sized business in the local area.
At the start of 2004 VirtualCity purchased local IT/ISP Service Provider “The South Coast PC Centre”, leading providers of Local Training, Internet and Web Development services in the Shoalhaven.

Our partnership with United Electrical supplies our customers with a peace-of-mind 3 years on-site warranty. Over 4,000 service agent throughout Australia and New Zealand supply the onsite servicing with a 2 hour contact and 24 hour* repair time. *Parts Dependant.
We also offer special discounted pricing to all our corporate customers’ employees to share in the benefits of our well price and reliable hardware, again this is covered by the 3 years on-site warranty. |
