NOTICE OF CHANGE OF EMAIL SETTINGS

Dear User,

As part of our continuous efforts to offer the highest level of account security, at 10:00pm on Tuesday 08th May 2012, VirtualCity Pty Limited will be implementing a new login and password policy for all email accounts. From this time forward you will be required to enter new login information to access your emails as shown below. We appreciate your patience as we upgrade our servers and if you have any questions in regards to this matter please feel free to contact us on (02)44233338.

DOES THIS CHANGE AFFECT YOU?
This change will affect all VirtualCity & Flatearth email accounts as well as email accounts of all domains hosted with VirtualCity. You will not be able to access your email account until you have made the changes as shown below.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Email Usernames:            
You will be required to change the username stored in your email software (Outlook, Windows Live Mail etc.) to your full email address. If you require assistance with changing these settings on your computer please contact our support team on (02)44233338. If you are a web mail user you will need to enter your full email address instead of just your username to login.

Minimum Password:        
All passwords must now be a minimum of 6 characters and must contain a symbol or a number. Examples (appl35) ($pass$).
If your current password does not meet this minimum requirement you will need to contact our support team on (02)44233338 to nominate a new password. You will NOT be able to access your emails until you have chosen a new, more secure password.
If your current password already meets this requirement you will be able to access your mail as normal once you have changed your username to your full email address as mentioned above.

PHONE SUPPORT
To assist our customers with this transition VirtualCity will have extended phone support on the following days;

Wednesday 09th May 2012 (8:00am - 8:00pm)
Thursday 10th May 2012 (8:00am - 8:00pm)

Please note: Our normal trading hours are Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)
